We provide a 7 Day Return/Exchange
Policy or Refund on all computer desks & carts. All
shipping & handling fees -in both directions- are
responsibility of the buyer,
except if there has been a mistake on our side
(e.g. color model, etc..) or if the product has any defect.
The 7 days begin from the date of delivery to your home.
We recommend that you neatly open the original carton
and save it in optimum condition during the first 7 days.
If you want to return your
purchase to obtain a refund or
exchange it, you must first request a Return or Refund
Authorization Number
(RMA#) from Us at the e-mail:
info@computingcomforts.com.
Once authorized, you must ship your computer desk or cart
freight pre-paid with all original packing materials and
contents, in perfect original factory condition. You can
exchange your item for another one of equal, higher or
lower value. We will credit the difference if the new
item is of lower value. Accordingly, you must pay the
difference if the new item is more expensive. IMPORTANT:
Any Returned Shipments without an RMA# or without pre-paid
freight or in conditions different from those explained
herein will not be accepted. A
30% restocking fee applies with any returned items. All
Shipping Charges, both for the returned item and for the
newly selected item replacing the original one in the
case of exchanges, will be paid by the customer. The 30%
restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective, unused
or unopened items that are returned or refunded.
Please note that an issued RMA# does not guarantee final
disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All
exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts
and manuals, and all accessories. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the package. The customer
will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered, missing,
written-on or taped-on contents or cartons, in addition
to the above restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse
any such returns. Please re-pack the products into the
original shipping box with plenty of packing material,
and tape securely. We suggest that you use FEDEX Ground
or UPS Ground Service, pre-paid & insured. Sorry,
we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please
